My box came in slightly smushed from Amazon (and it shipped straight from Amazon in a bubble envelope).
The first thing that I noticed about this product is the sleek bottle. They say not to judge a book by it's cover, but often-times, I do. If a product package looks good, chances are, I will make a purchase decision with that in mind. Firstly, if effort is put into the packaging, it stands to reason, effort is put into the product. And secondly, this product will be sitting on my counter, so I want it to look nice!
The pink butterflies on the packaging remind me of cherry blossoms. I love them!
I feel like a moron admitting this to you, but I tried to pull the silver cap off...and then I realized, that's not a cap. I pulled pretty hard, I swore it should have broke with as hard as I pulled. It did not, thank goodness. So, to open this bottle, you TWIST the silver part. Embarrassing admission #2, I was super frustrated that every time I pushed down on the white nozzle, it would swirl back into the lid. I was picking up the bottle, holding the bottle and the ring still, just so I could get the product out without it sliding back inside the bottle. OK, so, here's the scoop. Untwist it. Then untwist a bit more, and it will lock into place (and make a clicking sound). If you want to bring the bottle with you on a trip, simply turn back down into the silver portion of the bottle, and it's road-ready.
I truly feel like an idiot that the bottle had me confused. It's definitely not difficult, I just have never seen such a bottle. And it is gorgeous! They truly outdid themselves on the packaging.
So let's get to the product, which is equally important!
It doesn't take much for your face (and I know a lot of people use it on their neck yet, I really should, but haven't yet). The product is a little thinner than other facial moisturizers I have used, but it soaks in very quickly, and leaves my face moisturized and not greasy.
The moisturizer has a light scent to it. I wish I could describe the scent to you. It really is amazing, for lack of any better way to describe it.
And my makeup applies very well over top of the product.
Overall, my experience with this product has been very positive. My dealings with the company have been very positive. They have always been very quick to respond to me, and are always kind. The product has not caused me any skin irritation or breakouts, and my skin is definitely moisturized. As far as anti-aging benefits of the product, as of yet I haven't seen any. My little wrinkles near my nose and mouth appear the same before and after use of this product. My pores do appear smaller in size while using this product. The product does not affect the baggage under my eyes (but it doesn't claim to). Another positive I will note in this product is Palm Oil is not on the ingredients list. I only note this because I have seen it in other facial moisturizers, and there is a lot of debate of whether Palm Oil should be used any more or not due to habitat destruction of Orangutans as well as other endangered species.

Cons:
I didn't see any improvement in my fine lines / nor did I see my fine lines getting worse (so, it's possible that the anti-aging effects are more preventative and not damage control?).
Over all, I would definitely recommend this as a daily moisturizer.
